Subsequent Home Visit

What to expect during your revisit:

• Duration: about 1½ hours
• A review of yours and baby’s health history, including any new problems that may have developed since the last visit
• A detailed physical exam on the organ systems involved in your specific breastfeeding difficulty
• A feeding observation, including weighing baby before and after feeding to determine breast milk intake
• A personalized care plan, both verbal and printed for your convenience
• A report of our encounter faxed to your health care provider(s)
• Unlimited phone follow up
• In-network bill submission
• A printed insurance superbill to submit to your out-of-network medical insurance company for reimbursement of my services
